Return Policy:
We hope you absolutely love every piece you receive from Melk Boutique. We carefully curate our collections with you in mind, but we understand that sometimes something just doesn’t work out. All online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if they are returned within 14 business days of the delivery date. Returns received after this timeframe will not be accepted!
Please note that all SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged!
To be eligible for a return, items must be in perfect, original condition. This means all pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags still attached. Items must be free of any stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear. We take pride in the quality of our pieces and appreciate your care in returning them in the same condition.
We are happy to offer exchanges when possible, but because many of our styles are limited and sell quickly, we cannot guarantee that your desired item will still be available. If an exchange is not possible, store credit will be issued.
To start a return, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and may use a carrier of their choice. Please email us at admin@melkboutique.com to begin your return.
Once your return is received, please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing. After approval, your store credit will be sent to you via email.
If you happen to receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@melkboutique.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will make it right as quickly as possible. Please note that slight variations in color due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.
