Shipping policy
We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience once your package is in transit.
If your package appears to be lost during shipping, please contact us at admin@melkboutique.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Carriers typically require a package to be in transit for a certain period of time before a claim can be submitted. Once the claim has been completed and your package is officially deemed lost, we will gladly resend your order. If your item is no longer available, a refund will be issued.
Please note that Melk Boutique is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but are lost or stolen after delivery! If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.
Shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers such as USPS or UPS are outside of our control, and we are unable to refund shipping costs due to carrier delays. If your order is delayed, we suggest reaching out to the shipping carrier for updates.
